As a perfume bottle factory, we can make in any shape you want.
1. Provide drawings or reference. templates.
Please send us your drawings or reference pictures.
2. Create 3D model of the perfume bottle.
Confirm the capacity, common capacities are 15ml, 30ml, 50, 60ml, 100ml, etc.
3. Confirm the bottle opening and size of the perfume bottle.
The common bottle opening is screw/crimp, with a size of FEA13/15, to match the perfume bottle cap.
4. Make a 3D hand-made mold.
We will make a 3D hand-made mold for you to confirm the details within 7-10 days.
5. Confirm the mold details.
Once mold details are confirmed and no further modifications are needed, prodution clear bottles needs 30-35 days.
6. Choose surface treatment and effects.
After mass-producing the perfume bottles, we will design the surface of the glass bottles according to your requirements using methods such as screen printing, electroplating, color spraying, and frosted.
1. You can choose from our company’s existing perfume bottle models, or provide us with drawings or samples of the bottle, perfume cap, and sprayer.
If we have this style, we will send you photos or videos for reference.
3. We will send you samples of the purchased bottles within 7 – 15 days.
4. You can place an order after confirming the samples.
5. Upon receiving the prepayment, your order be completed within 15 – 35 days.
6. We use cardboard boxes or pallets for packaging, and you can also customize your own packaging
